Working with Johnson Engineering of Naples and Dario Designs of Farmingham, Massachusetts, felt tip design group is providing landscape and hardscape design for the Naples Daily News' state-of-the-art building. The new building is slated to begin operations in August, 2009.
The planting design's concept creates a campus-like setting around the building. The building's front plantings represent a stylized treatment that reminds one of the beach environment in Naples.

Felt tip design group started a small green gardening division called Your Green Garden Advisor a year ago . This new service is tailored to the needs of southwest Florida home and business owners who wish to stop using so much fertilizer, pesticide, and water on their lawns and gardens.We have met with several Naples residents who contacted us to help with their existing landscapes, and to date we have saved over 500,000 gallons of water per year! How? by measuring how much they were watering and adjusting their watering schedules to just what their landscapes needed and no more. Felt Tip Design Group provided this Luxury Condominium developed by EcoGroup, Inc. with full landscape architecture services. The project's pedestrian circulation and hardscapes, the pools, spa, and fountains, and it's tropical plantings are all part of Felt Tip Design Group's comprehensive site design effort.
This multi-phased project by NCH Healthcare Systems at its north Naples Campus included the construction of a brand new hospital tower, parking garage, and extensive modifications to the campus' parking and circulation. A landscape renovation includes the rehabilitation of a vanishing edge pool and the addition of a new spa. The 21-jet spa was built right into the shallow end of the old pool! The spa sends a soft cascade of water over its shimmering irridescent tile perimeter and down into the pool. Take a look.
